Every year we distribute hundreds of wall planners to our staff, clients and potential customers to help them get organised throughout the year!
February 2020 marks 33 years of trading for SMD. During that time we have worked with many of you on thousands of contracts across the world. We look forward to a prosperous 2020 for all of us and continue to build our portfolio with even more amazing buildings!
May bank holiday 2020 changed for VE Day anniversary
We have already distributed a number of wall planners for 2020 and found quite a few people noticing the change of May bank holiday to Friday 8th May.
May Day is traditionally held on a Monday but for 2020 the May bank holiday will be moved back by four days (UK) to coincide with the 75th anniversary of VE Day.
VE Day, or Victory in Europe Day, marks the day towards the end of World War Two when fighting against Nazi Germany came to an end in Europe.
