The SR+ roof deck products provide aesthetically pleasing trapezoidal appearance, providing clean lines for situations where the soffit is exposed (refer to Fig 8.17a). All profiles are typically available in either galvanised or white liner (polyester white) finish to suit project specifications. For some profiles other colours and soffit finishes are available upon request, but these may be subject to extended lead time and minimum order quantity.
8.17.1 Exposed soffit
Where the SR sheets are required to provide an exposed soffit a thicker gauge should be considered, as thinner gauges can be susceptible to marking when subjected to relatively high impact loads during construction.
