Star baker Louise is well known for her gluten and dairy free creations – the staff in the Midlands office are especially fond of the chocolate orange brownies that she shares! Starting with SMD in the Midlands Contract team as Contract support, Louise has progressed to Account Coordinator, a key role to win contracts in the Midland region.

Louise loves to spend time with friends and family, especially her two young nephews – she burns all those cake-baking calories going on long walks with her husband around the local countryside.
